Overview:We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) who specializes in AI-based credit decisioning and loan origination. This role involves providing deep expertise and guidance in credit risk management, loan origination processes, OCR, workflow management, and AI-driven decisioning systems within the banking sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and articulate business requirements for AI-based credit decisioning and loan origination systems.
2. Provide expert insights on risk modeling, credit scoring, and the automation of underwriting processes.
3. Deeply understand and enhance the end-to-end customer lending journey, including opportunity management, lending approvals, and document management.
4. Evaluate and recommend best-in-class technologies to support advanced credit decisioning.
5. Advise on best practices and implementation strategies for deploying these technologies effectively.
6. Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory and risk management policies.

Qualifications:

1. Over 10 years of experience in banking, specifically in credit risk and loan origination roles.
2. Deep expertise in AI-driven credit decisioning and process automation.
3. Extensive knowledge of lending processes, including OCR, workflow management, and document handling.
4. Proven experience in risk modeling and applying machine learning techniques within financial services.
