Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and implement innovative AI-driven credit decisioning, OCR, and workflow automation solutions within the banking sector. This role is crucial for integrating cutting-edge technologies into traditional banking ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop the overarching architecture and design for AI-based lending solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and performance goals.
2. Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing core banking, risk management, and CRM systems.
3. Optimize OCR technologies for improved document processing and enhanced workflow automation.
4. Define and implement API strategies to facilitate efficient data exchange between systems.
5. Assess and recommend technology stacks that best meet the project's objectives and compliance requirements.
6. Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory standards and security best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture within the banking or financial services industry.
2. Proven experience designing and implementing AI/ML models specifically for credit decisioning.
3. Strong knowledge of cloud computing, APIs, microservices architecture, OCR, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
4. Proficiency in modern workflow automation tools and technologies.
5. TOGAF or similar architectural framework certification is preferred.
