This role focuses on leveraging robotic process automation (RPA) to enhance our banking operations, streamline financial processes, and improve client service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement RPA solutions using UIPath to automate complex banking processes such as loan processing, risk assessment, compliance checks, and customer service operations.
- Analyze and map banking workflows to identify automation opportunities that can significantly enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain scalable and robust RPA scripts that integrate seamlessly with existing banking systems and databases.
- Collaborate with banking professionals and IT teams to ensure RPA solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership in the deployment of UIPath Orchestrator for process management and monitoring.
- Mentor junior developers in RPA techniques and best practices within the banking context.
- Document automation processes, maintain detailed reports on the progress and performance of RPA initiatives, and present findings to senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest banking regulations and compliance guidelines to ensure all automation solutions are compliant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in finance or banking.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UIPath Developer, specifically in the banking industry.
- Solid understanding of banking operations, financial services, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in UIPath Studio and Orchestrator, with a deep understanding of RPA best practices and challenges in banking.
- Experience with programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Python, and familiarity with banking systems and databases.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- UIPath RPA Developer certification.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions in the banking sector.
- Experience in integrating AI and machine learning technologies with RPA to drive advanced data processing and decision-making.
