Overview: We are seeking a PMO Specialist to enhance our governance, reporting, and process standardization efforts for AI-driven credit decisioning and workflow automation projects within the banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks to ensure structured project execution.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the project portfolio, providing key insights and updates to stakeholders.
- Standardize project methodologies, tools, and templates to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all project activities comply with necessary regulatory standards.
- Assist in the effective allocation of resources and perform risk assessments to identify potential project hurdles.
- Provide support for change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and project integrations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in PMO roles, specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting AI-driven solutions, credit decisioning systems, and process automation projects.
- Proficient in the use of project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to handle detailed reporting.
