Overview:We are currently considering candidates for a Project Manager role, pending a successful bid for a client engagement in the banking sector. This role focuses on leading the end-to-end implementation of AI-driven credit decisioning, loan origination, OCR, and workflow automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the project from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical personnel.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant banking regulations and risk policies.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and address project-related issues.
- Oversee project performance, monitoring KPIs and adjusting project scope as necessary.
- Manage relationships with vendors and integrate third-party services effectively.
- Conduct detailed post-implementation reviews to assess system effectiveness and capture lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record with AI-driven financial solutions, loan origination systems, OCR technology, and workflow automation.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and risk assessment.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the banking sector.
