Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UiPath Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. As a UiPath Architect, you will play a critical role in defining architecture best practices, leading technical delivery, and mentoring development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UiPath, a deep understanding of automation frameworks, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath, including architecture, components, and integrations.
• Develop reusable frameworks, solution templates, and best practices for RPA deployments.
• Evaluate business processes for automation suitability and perform feasibility studies.
• Work closely with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Create and maintain Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and Architecture Diagrams.
• Lead code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure quality control of automation solutions.
• Guide the development team in coding standards, implementation techniques, and automation governance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to define environment setup, licensing, and deployment models.
• Integrate RPA solutions with AI/ML models, OCR engines, APIs, databases, and other enterprise systems.
• Support RPA bots in production and manage changes, enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Stay updated on UiPath platform features, releases, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in RPA and UiPath architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and deploying complex automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots (Attended/Unattended).
• Proficient in developing custom activities and using UiPath REFramework.
• Experience integrating UiPath with third-party systems using APIs, databases, and cognitive services (OCR, NLP, AI).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with code versioning tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments is a plus.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
• UiPath Solution Architect / Infrastructure Engineer
• ITIL, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to other RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate
• Experience with AI/ML, chatbot platforms, or low-code/no-code platforms
• Participation in UiPath Community / Hackathons / UiPath Marketplace contributions
