Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contact Center SME with a strong background in banking and contact center solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent business and techno-functional skills, with experience in managing RFP processes and deploying CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents).
- Manage stakeholders effectively and present solutions using PowerPoint.
- Lead end-to-end RFP processes including preparation, issuance, scoring, and vendor evaluations.
- Conduct vendor demos, review submissions, and provide recommendations.
- Drive contact center solution deployments within the banking sector.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for successful project delivery.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Banking experience with a focus on contact center solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365 for contact centers.
- Strong proficiency in English and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of techno-functional concepts with strong business acumen.
- Experience in RFP documentation, scoring, and vendor evaluations.
